chore(rust): revert lopdf to upstream main

The firecrawl/fix-cmap-optional-slash branch caused a regression on
the Italian PDF (garbled CMap-encoded text). The EPEVER fix was a
wrong diagnosis — the PDF extracts correctly on upstream main.
